Anotácia Tento príspevok sa zaoberá vybranými otázkami novej smernice o autorskom práve na jednotnom digitálnom trhu s dôrazom na najdiskutovanejšie články predmetnej smernice týkajúce sa zodpovednosti za online obsah, ochrany tlačových publikácií pri online zverejnení a práva autorov na primeranú ochranu a ďalšie nové práva autorov v súvislosti s online prostred Annotation This article deals with the selected aspects of new Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market focusing on most controversial articles of the respective Directive concerning the liability for online contents, protection of press publications published online, and rights of the authors for adequate protection and other new rights of the authors with respect to the online uses.

Anotácia Nasledujúci článok približuje obsah Nariadenia (EU) 2018/302 o riešení neodôvodneného geografického blokovania a iných foriem diskriminácie z dôvodu štátnej príslušnosti, miesta bydliska alebo sídla zákazníkov na vnútornom trhu. Článok sa bližšie venuje zákazu blokovania prístupu k webovým stránkam, automatickému presmerovaniu zákazníkov na rôzne verzie webových stránok, uplatňovaniu odlišných podmienok prístupu k tovarom a službám a diskriminácii zákazníkov v súvislosti s platbami. Annotation The following article summarizes the content of the Regulation (EU) 2018/302 of the European Parliament and Council on addressing unjustified geo-blocking and other forms of discrimination based on customers' nationality, place of residence or place of establishment within the internal market. The article is touches upon issues like denial of access to websites, automatic redirection of customers, the application of different access to goods and services and discrimination of customers for reasons related to the payments.
