Anotácia Nadobudnutím účinnosti novely zákona č. 7/2005 Z.z. o konkurze a reštrukturalizácii je umožnené dlžníkom zbaviť sa svojích dlhov za splnenia pomerne jednoduchých podmienok. Nasledujúci príspevok sa zameriava na všeobecnú charakteristiku oddlženia fyzických osôb, ako i na vybrané inštitúty oddlženia, a to kategorizácia pohľadávok dlžníka v konaní o oddlžení. Annotation By the entry into force of the amendment to Act no. 7/2005 Z.z. Bankruptcy and Restructuring is enabled by debtors to get rid of their debts under fairly simple conditions. The following paper focuses on the general characteristics of debt relief for individuals as well as on selected debt relief institutions, namely the categorization of debtor's claims in debt relief proceedings.
