V článku sú charakterizované najviac pertraktované pojmy v oblasti násilnej kriminality, medzi ktoré patrí agresivita, agresia a vražda. Poznanie ich obsahu a významu je dôležité pre odhaľovanie násilnej kriminality, celkové posúdenie osobnosti páchateľa tejto kriminality a pre jej predchádzaniu. The article describes the most contracted terms in the field of violent crime, which include aggressivity aggression and murder. Knowing their content and sgniticance is important for detecting violent crime, for an overall assessment of the personality of the perpetrator and for preventing it.

Anotácia Právna úprava stavebníctva v Slovenskej republike je v súčasnosti nevyhovujúca. Pre pochopenie súčasného stavu oblasti stavebníctva a jeho aktuálnych problémov je dôležité poznať aj jeho vývoj. Preto v tomto príspevku vykonám stručný exkurz tejto problematiky, analyzujem súčasný právny stav, poukážem na niektoré problémy a navrhnem novú právnu úpravu stavebníctva. Annotation The construction legislation in Slovak republic is currently unsatisfactory. To understand the current state of the construction industry and its current problems it is important to know its development. Therefore, in this work I will make a brief excursion to this issue, analyze the current legal situation, point out some problems and propose a new legal regulation of construction.
