Abstrakt Predložený článok sa zaoberá s analýzou regulácie voľného pohybu osôb v kontexte protiteroristických opatrení s dôrazom na voľný pohyb osôb, ktorý je jednou zo štyroch základných slobôd. Je to základné právo garantované Zmluvou o fungovaní Európskej únie a takisto je zásadným princípom európskeho občianstva. Prijatím smernice o využívaní údajov zo záznamov o cestujúcich (PNR) na účely prevencie, odhaľovania, vyšetrovania a stíhania teroristických trestných činov a závažnej trestnej činnosti došlo k istým obmedzeniam voľného pohybu osôb. APVV-14-0893 Abstract The following article discusses the analysis of the regulation of the free movement of persons in the context of counter-terrorism measures, with emphasis on the free movement of persons, which is one of the four fundamental freedoms. It is a fundamental right guaranteed by the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and is also a fundamental principle of European citizenship. The adoption of the Directive on the use of Passenger Name Record (PNR) data for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of terrorist offences and serious crime has created some restrictions on the free movement of persons.
