Anotácia Príspevok sa zaoberá problematikou uplatňovania základných zásad vzťahujúcich sa na dokazovanie v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky. V príspevku autor zhrnul najvýznamnejšie základné zásady vzťahujúce sa na dokazovanie, pričom poukazuje na ich nezanedbateľný význam. Annotation The article examines the issue of the implementation of fundamental principles related to the evidence in the conditions of Slovak Republic. In the article the author summarized the most significant fundamental principles related to the evidence, pointing out their non-negligible importance.
