Anotácia Článok sa zaoberá právom na alternatívne, tzv. offline využívanie technologických prístrojov v spojitosti s problematikou ochrany údajov prostredníctvom novej legislatívy na medzinárodnej ako aj úrovni Európskej únie. Text sa delí na tri kapitoly. Kapitoly sú venované úprave v Charte základných práv Európskej únie, ako aj ďalším prameňom EÚ a doktríne najviac kvalifikovaných právnikov. Annotation The article deals with the right to alternative, so-called. offline use of technology in connection with data protection issues through new legislation at both the international and European Union level. The text is divided into three chapters. The chapters deal with the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, as well as other sources of the EU and the doctrine of the most qualified lawyers.
