Anotácia Príspevok sa venuje problematike spoluvlastníctva a to vo vzťahu k spolurozhodovacím oprávneniam o hospodárení so spoločnou vecou jednotlivých spoluvlastníkov na základe veľkosti ich spoluvlastníckeho podielu. Príspevok rozoberá danú problematiku na základe fiktívnej modelovej situácie založenej na právnom základe ust. § 139 ods. 2 OZ a osobitne sa venuje danej problematike vo vzťahu k hodnotiacim atribútom kolízie rozhodovania s dobrými mravmi. Annotation The report deals with the issue of co-ownership in relation to management decision - making rights with the common thing of individual co-owners based on the size of their co-ownership part. The report discusses the given issue in pursuance of fictitious model situation based on the legal basis of provision § 139 par. 2 of the Civil Code and is particularly concerned with the issue in relation to the evaluation attributes of the decision-making collision with good manners.
