The paper analyses terms of a testament drawn up during the marriage in accordance with principles of a value maintenance, universal succession, the acquisition of the fortune by the death of the trustee, the testament freedom, the family inheritance succession, and the accretion of free inheritance fortune under the Slovak and European regulation.
