Tento článok sa venuje otázke povinnosti štátu a jeho súdov zabezpečiť implementáciu stanovísk výborov OSN, v ktorých tieto orgány označia porušenie záväzku vyplývajúceho z príslušnej medzinárodnej zmluvy. Hovorí tak o povahe týchto stanovísk, praxi a pozícii rôznych štátov, ako aj následne o možnostiach, akými by mohla implementácia týchto stanovísk byť zavedená. This article examines to what extent are the state and its courts obliged to implement views of the UN committees, in which these bodies find a breach of an obligation based on the relevant international treaty. Article further discusses the nature of these views, practice and positions of various states as well as includes an opinion on the possible ways in which implementation of these views could be instituted.
