Coworking

Príspevok sa zaoberá novodobým inštitútom - tzv. coworkingom, z ktorého sa stal moderný spôsob vykonávania pracovnej činnosti v spoločných priestoroch, zdieľaných navzájom nezávislými a flexibilnými pracovníkmi - coworkermi. Keďže táto forma koexistencie viacerých nezávislých subjektov, spojených na rovnakom mieste, presahuje aj do právnej roviny, autorka príspevku sa snaží poukázať na niektoré právne aspekty. The article deals with the modern institute - the so-called "coworking", which has become a modern way of working in common areas, shared by independent and flexible workers - coworkers. Since this form ofcoexistence ofseveral independent ntities connected in the same place extends to the legal level, the author of the article tries to point out its legal aspects.
