Autor reaguje na článok "Zmeny v ukladaní a výkone trestov", uverejnený v Justičnej revue č. 4/2020. S niektorými tam uvedenými názormi nesúhlasí a prezentuje vlastné názory. Ako člen komisie, ktorá sa podieľala na príprave predmetných legislatívnych návrhov, sa pokúša v širších súvislostiach vysvetliť dôvody legislatívnych zmien a prezentuje svoju interpretáciu uvedených legislatívnych zmien. The author responds to the article "Changes in Imposition and Sentence Enforcement', published in The Judicial review no 4/2020. He disagrees with some of the views listed there and presents his opinions. As a member of the commission, which participated in the preparation of the concerned legislative proposal, he tries in broader context to explain the reasons for legislative changes and presents his interpretations of this changes.
