Juridification of the rules of the legislative process. The article deals with the growing trend of questioning the constitutionality of a law due to the violation of the rules of the legislative process and the increasing pressure on the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic to also adjudicate the procedural aspect of the contested law. From the current case law, several conclusions may be drawn on the shortcomings of the legislative process, by which the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic contributes to the negative formation of legislative rules by defining boundaries that should not be crossed in order to preserve the constitutionality of the legislative process. The submitted paper presents the situations of the boundaries created to some content requirements for a draft law and to some procedural requirements themselves.
