Príspevok pojednáva o práve na informácie z prebiehajúceho prípravného konania ako súčasti trestného konania, ktoré je však vo svojej podstate neverejné. Zamýšľa sa nad únikom informácií a možnými dôsledkami na priebeh vyšetrovania v trestnom konaní s prienikom vedúcim k porušeniu práva na prezumpciu neviny. The article deals with the right to information from the ongoing preparatory proceedings as part of the criminal proceedings, which, however, is essentially non-public. It considers the leakage of information and the possible consequences for the course of criminal investigations with a breach of the right to the presumption of innocence.
