Anotácia Príspevok sa zameriava na problematiku zmenšenej príčetnosti na strane páchateľa, pričom spočiatku sa venuje významu a definícii pojmu zmenšenej príčetnosti a následne sa koncentruje na jej možné hmotnoprávne následky vo vzťahu k trestaniu zmenšene príčetných páchateľov. Príspevok poukazuje na význam a špecifiká zákonných ustanovení, ktoré modifikujú postup súdu vo vzťahu k ukladaniu sankcií zmenšene príčetným páchateľom. Annotation This article focuses on the issue of the diminished sanity of an offender, initially addressing the meaning and definition of the concept of diminished sanity and then concentrating on its possible consequences stemming from substantive law in relation to sanctioning offenders with diminished sanity. This article points out the importance and specifics of legal provisions that modify the court's procedure for imposing sanctions on offenders with diminished sanity.
