Priznanie

Trestný zákon umožňuje upustiť od potrestania dospelej fyzickej osoby aj od potrestania mladistvého. Článok sa zaoberá podmienkami upustenia od potrestania dospelého páchateľa prečinu, respektíve trestného činu podľa § 40 Trestného zákona s prihliadnutím na zmeny účinné od 1. januára 2021. The Criminal Code enables to waive the punishment on adult physical person and also from imposing penalty on juvenile. The Article deals with the conditions of refraining from imposing penalty on adult person who committed a misdemeanour or a criminal offence pursuant to Section 40 of the Criminal Code taking into account the changes effective from 1 January 2021.
