Vodiaci pes

Článok 1) sa v prvej časti zaoberá tým, ako je vodiaci pes definovaný v právnom poriadku Slovenskej republiky. Predmetom druhej kapitoly je analýza otázky, ako sa zo psa stane kompenzačná pomôcka. Keďže práve pre túto časť právnej úpravy sú špecifické viac právne medzery než právne ustanovenia, v tretej časti sa zameriavame na otázku, ako má osoba s ŤZP postupovať, pokiaľ si kúpila psa, ktorý nie je spôsobilý plniť funkciu kompenzačnej pomôcky. The first part of the paper introduces a definition of a guide dog in the Slovak legal order. The subject of the second part consists of an analysis of the procedure how the dog becomes a compensatory aid. This part of the legislation is full of legal loopholes. Consequently, the third part focuses on the question of how a person with disability should proceed if he or she has purchased a dog that is not competent to perform the function of compensatory aid.
