Zánik právnickej osoby

V Slovenskej republike existuje relatívne stabilná právna úprava subjektov, ktoré spolutvoria priestor občianskej spoločnosti, pokiaľ ide o úpravu ich vzniku, zániku, činnosti a povinností voči štátu. Za posledné približne štyri roky došlo k niektorým zmenách pri úprave ich vzniku a zániku a príspevok sa zameriava na tieto skutočnosti. In the Slovak Republic, there is a relatively stable legal regulation of legal entities, which together create a space of civil society, as regards the regulation of their establishment, extinction, activity and obliga tions towards the state. Over the past four years or so, there have been some changes in the adjustment of their origin and extinction, and the paper focuses on these facts.
