Ochrana právneho štátu

Autor sa v štúdii zaoberá aktuálnou problematikou ochrany právneho štátu vEÚ. Pozornosť pritom upriamuje na existujúce nástroje ochrany právneho štátu, a to ako na právne záväzné, tak aj na tie bez právnej záväznosti. Cieľom autora je pri tom na jednej strane priblížiť jednotlivé nástroje uplatniteľné voči všetkým členským štátom, no na druhej strane ich aj kriticky zhodnotiť z hľadiska ich opodstatnenosti a významu. The study is focusedon the rule of lawprotection atthe EU level. The attention is paidto existing EU instruments aimed at the rule of law protection (legally binding as well as those having no legally binding effect). The author, on one hand, brings an analysis ofall existing instruments applicable to all Member States, and, on the other hand, provides critical assessment of those instruments while takes into account their relevance and added value for the rule of law protection.
